Error in Yourpay admin
If you experience an error in Yourpay admin, either in realtion to login or when using the administration panel, then it may be because your internet browser has saved old files.
First of all, it must be said that it is our recommendation that you use Google Chrome. It is our experience that errors in Yourpay admin occur more often when using browsers other than Google Chrome. You can find a guide on how to find your way around admin here.
On this page, you can see how to delete old files in Google Chrome. This should correct the errors that you may experience in your admin.
Delete old files
Once you have opened your chrome browser, do the following:
- Click on the 3 dots on the right side of your browser window
- Click on Settings
When you get to the Google Chrome Settings menu, now tap:
- Security and Privacy in the menu on the left
Under the Security & Privacy menu, now tap “Clear Browser Data”
In the Clear Browser Data window, now select the time interval for which you want to clear browser data. You do this in the drop-down menu next to “Time interval”. The higher a time interval you select, the more data and old files will be deleted from your browser.
- Red marking: We recommend that you clear “Cookies and other website data”. Be aware that you will be logged out
- Yellow marking: You MUST mark this
Then click on “Clear Data”.
