As a business owner, there are some legal documentations we need from you to approve your account. Below you will find a step-by-step guide for our onboarding.

1. How to get started

The first thing you need to consider at Yourpay is a transaction fee as well as the number of payout days. We have made it easy and clear with transparent prices tailored to your needs.

  • Transaction fee 1.25% = 14 payout days
  • Transaction Fee 1.35% = 10 Payout Days
  • Transaction fee 1.45% = 7 payout days
  • Transaction fee 1.50% = 5 payout days
  • Transaction Fee 1.70% = 0 Payout Days

Once you have chosen which category you want to be in, just enter your email and you are done. You will now receive an email from Yourpay with login information and are ready to log into your Yourpay account.

2. Your account page

When you are logged into your Yourpay account, you will be greeted by the following image.


A request to fill out the following will now appear on your screen:

Company details

  • VAT number
  • Webpage
  • Company Name
  • Company address
  • Phone number

Bank details
Here you have to enter your account information (bank, registration and account number) so that you can have your revenue paid out.

Ownership structure
You now need to register as a business owner of the company or multiple business owners and upload your / their ID. This means that you must upload a copy of the yellow health card and photo ID (such as passport or driver’s license) for anyone who owns at least 17.5 per cent. of the company you are applying for a payment solution to.

You also need to upload the ID of the company directors if these are not the same as the company owners.

3. We'll contact you

After logging in to our customer portal, registering as a business owner and submitting your information to us, we will contact you to complete your onboarding.

We will always call the telephone number that you provided in the company details and we will call you within 48 hours of receiving your information.

If it should happen that you are not by your phone, we will send you an email so you always know that we have tried to contact you.

We will always try and complete your set up in one call so you don’t have to wait for your approval.

4. Final questions

To finalize the set up of your account and in contacting us, we will ask for some information about your expected business trip.

We will ask for the following information:

  • Expected annual turnover
  • Expected annual number of transactions
  • Description of your business

If, on the other hand, you have created an account with us to use one of our payment terminals, then we just need to know which terminal you want to use and where you want it sent to. You can read more about the use of our payment terminals here.
